Правительство РФ внесло на рассмотрение в Госудуму законопроект о курортном сборе в России. В рамках экспериментальной программы парламентарии предлагают ввести курортный сбор в Республике Крым, Алтайском крае, Краснодарском крае и Ставропольском крае. Соответствующее распоряжение опубликовано на сайте кабинета министров.
Законопроект о курортном сборе в РФ предусматривает взимание единоразовой платы с туристов за посещение курортов. Предполагается, что размер этого сбора не будет превышать 100 рублей и будет устанавливаться региональными властями. Также отмечается, что размер курортного сбора может быть дифференцирован в зависимости от сезонности, времени пребывания туриста в курортной зоне, а также от значения курорта. Сообщается, что местные жители курортных зон данный сбор платить не будут.
Курортный сбор в России
Законопроект о введении курортного сбора в РФ предусматривает создание Фонда развития курортной инфраструктуры, бюджет которого будет направлен только на финансирование работ по проектированию, строительству, реконструкции, содержанию, благоустройству и ремонту объектов курортной инфраструктуры на территории эксперимента.
Отмечается также, что по итогам эксперимента будет принято решение либо о введении такого сбора на постоянной основе на всей территории России, либо об отказе от него.
The Government of the Russian Federation submitted for consideration in the State Duma a bill on the resort gathering in Russia. As part of the pilot program, parliamentarians propose to introduce a resort fee in the Republic of Crimea, the Altai Territory, the Krasnodar Territory and the Stavropol Territory. The corresponding order is published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The bill on the resort fee in the Russian Federation provides for the collection of a one-time fee from tourists for visiting resorts. It is assumed that the amount of this fee will not exceed 100 rubles and will be established by the regional authorities. It is also noted that the size of the resort fee can be differentiated depending on the seasonality, the time of the tourist’s stay in the resort area, and also on the value of the resort. It is reported that the local residents of the resort areas this fee will not pay.
Resort fee in Russia
The bill on the introduction of the resort fee in the Russian Federation provides for the establishment of a resort infrastructure development fund whose budget will be directed only to financing the design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, improvement and repair of the resort infrastructure facilities on the territory of the experiment.
It is also noted that, based on the results of the experiment, it will be decided either to introduce such a collection on an ongoing basis throughout the territory of Russia, or to refuse it.
